Shipping and Handling is based on Royal Mail Tracked Service. For international (i.e. outside of UK) orders the buyer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Trywin Games cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs.
We recycle packaging as often as possible, to help protect the environment. This may mean that the outer box your goods are delivered in, may have been used once before. We do ensure that your goods are protected and secure.
It is our aim to dispatch within 48 hours of order placement and to fulfil all orders within 7 days. We cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by the supplier or any other third party. At no time will compensation be awarded should delivery take longer than anticipated due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that whilst items sent by Royal Mail usually arrive between 1-3 days, Royal Mail stipulate that only items still not delivered after 10 working days can be officially classed as lost. Trywin Games will make every effort to deliver within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
If delivery is not within the agreed time we will, with your agreement, arrange another time for delivery. If we cannot agree another time for delivery, we will offer a refund. We reserve the right to withhold delivery or cancel an order. You will be notified by email giving full details. An order may be cancelled as a result of one of the following: the product you ordered being unavailable, a problem with your payment for example a credit card declined, a pricing or product description error.
An automatic email is sent to confirm your order. This confirmation email is not an acceptance of your order, it only confirms that your order has been received.
Trywin Games is not a VAT registered company at this time. As such, prices include VAT as default.
If you have never purchased online before it is understandable that you may feel uncertain about parting with your card details. To ensure your card security and to keep your personal information safe, we use secure payment methods. All of your data is encrypted prior to being sent over the internet to our system.

We do of course keep a record of any purchases you make from us. Any information you supply to us is stored on a secure server and we follow strict procedures to prevent any unauthorised access. At Trywin Games we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Our no quibble guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the item you have purchased online, return it to us in a re-saleable condition within 14 days and we will issue a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. If the goods are faulty we will either refund the cost amount in full or send you a replacement free of charge, providing you contact us within 14 days of receipt. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure that you package your items carefully to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error. We recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (such as Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery) and which insures you for the cost of the items being returned, as in the rare event of the parcel going missing, you are responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
Orders will only be dispatched on payment in full of the amounts shown. These terms and conditions may be revised at any time and we reserve the right to do so. You are therefore advised to keep up to date with the contents of these terms and conditions. Nothing in these terms and conditions will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or mis-described goods.
